Have you ever seen the video of the guy who starts dancing alone on a hill at a concert? Little by little, people join his dance party until it becomes The Thing To Do and hundreds of people literally run across the hillside to join him dancing.
He plants the seed in their mind, and then his energy and enthusiasm attracts people to join him. That’s what we’re aiming to do here at One Climate Action: energize people to join our climate-action party.

Founded and directed by Tammy Mayer, who brings her expertise in communications, negotiations and relationship-building.
Over 15 years of professional experience in community organizing, public policy advocacy, and strategic communications for sustainable development and renewable energy have honed Tammy’s abilities and interest in resolving climate change.
With a Masters degree from the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po Paris) in sustainable development practice, and a Masters degree from Towson University in teaching, Tammy is poised as an exceptional trainer and as an expert in the field.

In 2022, One Climate Action started as a one-person project with a goal to add paid team members as it becomes possible.
Who are we?
One Climate Action is a social enterprise, registered in France. We believe in paying taxes to participate in the collective public good. Profits are re-invested into the company to create even more impact, and once the team is fully in place, an employee profit-sharing structure will be established.
We believe that human well-being and environmental footprint should be the barometers for all business practice.
